When one have the feeling of fullness or tightness in the abdomen we can say that he has bloated abdomen. The is caused due to excess gas build up in the digestive system. - Cut down alcohol and carbonated drinks as these helps in bloating.
- Increase the intake of yogurt as it helps in balancing the flora of the gut.
- Stay hydrated means the intake of water should me more as it helps in preventing constipation and helps in digestion.
- Physical exercise is very important, on should do physical activity on regular basis like running, yoga walking etc. It helps in removing the tapped gas in the stomach.
